Re your mental health, am I right in thinking that you've recently had a dose change? If not, sorry I can get confused with so many people to keep track ofHow long have you been on the same dose for? Are you doing all the sensible things like taking it at the same time (give or take 30 mins or so) and getting some exercise? Talking to those around you? Keeping a mood diary?
Tell us more about the engagement! So exciting! Who proposed to who? What did the kids say?
