Friday Fab 5s: Friday 27 October

At last it’s FRIDAY!! I hope your week has been awesome! And, even if it’s had its challenges, please join in with the FRIDAY FAB 5s! Looking for the positives, particularly when they’re not obvious, can make a huge difference to your mood.

So, in the time honoured tradition, I ask (beg) you to answer this question….. WHAT 5 THINGS (more or less) HAVE HAPPENED, OR HAVE YOU ACHIEVED, IN THE PAST WEEK, THAT HAVE FILLED YOUR HEART WITH HAPPINESS?.

They don’t have to be “I climbed Mount Everest”, “I left the house” is also often a huge achievement.

Please remember NO NEGATIVES, as these will be removed.

    Mine to start:

    - for the first time in months, I had a good night’s sleep last night
    - new rug arrived
    - positive shift at my voluntary job
    - seeing a very proactive and supportive GP
    - a wonderful evening with my bestie, eating afternoon tea and painting flowers (well, she painted, I made it up as I went along - but it was a lot of fun j

It’s over to you now, I’m looking forward to seeing what you all come up with .

The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.

    Sorry I'm late

~ Enjoying time with friends and enjoying the company.
~ Admitting I was pushing too hard this week and skipping art class to give me time to chill.
~ Lots and lots of Talia cuddles, she is so special.
~ Ordered new cans. Its money I shouldn't be spending but it's made me happy.
~ Buying some gadgets to personalise the new car.
