    Friday Fab 5s: Friday 6 May 2023

It’s Friday! And for those of us in the UK, it’s Friday before (another) Bank Holiday Monday as our nation, and the Commonwealth, celebrates the coronation of King Charles III. So, it would seem a perfect time to ask you all a VERY important question…… (cue Elgar’s Pomp and Circumstance).

WHAT 5 THINGS (more or less) HAVE MADE YOU FEEL GOOD OR BROUGHT A SMILE TO YOUR FACE IN THE LAST WEEK?

It can be huuuge (like winning a radio competition for £88,500 *clears throat expectedly*, or teeny tiny (like getting a kiss from your dog). The only rule is NO NEGATIVITY as those posts will be removed.

    Mine to start:

    - lovely family BBQ to celebrate my daughter’s 22nd birthday
    - walk in the sunshine with hubby and the dogs
    - planning a new tattoo
    - coffee with a friend I’ve recently reconnected with
    - finishing my final assignment on a level 3 Understanding Mental Health course

    Now it’s your turn!
The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.
