I have tried CBT in the early stages of my depression. I did not like it. I think because i hated talking so i used too not say much. I did not understand what the reason was. Looking at this video has suddenly realized the questions i was asked and some of my actions. I sort of wish i should have stuck with it. leaving the course only made my depression worse.
They look at me and think I'm cool, I'm purplefan at night I rule.
Perhaps you're now at the stage where you would benefit from CBT. Could you talk to your dr about it?
