What 5 things have been positive or made you smile this week?
Remember, they don't have to be "sorted out politics so it actually helped those who need it the most," or, "sang every part/harmony whilst playing every instrument simultaneously and on my own to Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen and it sounding good," but they could be, "put my needs first by saying no" "stopped and noticed something beautiful in nature" or "posted in the Fab 5s."
