No punishment needed at all! What we tend to ask is posts on similar subjects stay together as then it's easier to follow your story if that makes sense? A few of us have different threads but they tend to he very different!
You've been through some horrific things. Have you ever considered specialist counselling to help you deal with it?
I haven't really, is it a good thing? What does it do?
