Module started in October, dad loaned me the money to pay for it. The OU then informed us 3 weeks into the module that because our first module started the 1st February, that will be our loan payment date. So already, they have a lot of not happy MSc students.
6th Feb today and they still haven't let the SFC know I'm actively studying....

I sent a snotty email over the weekend. Pointed out they were preventing me from paying the loaned money back. Also pointed out they hadn't communicated that Feb would still be our loan date, despite the module starting October. That way it's in writing.
