Can you try something safe to distract? A TV show? Movie? Read?

I can only call the emergency room at the hospital now. And they can not help me. I should try and get some sleep and leave people alone. Good night every one

Getting some sleep is great, but you don't have to "leave people alone..." at all..

Then stop and breathe. You've nothing to be ashamed of or anything at all - not as far as we are concerned at all!
