Yeah, very. I’m trying very hard to get up the courage to stand in the shower atm. I know it’ll pass but basically it’s a migraine....

I had a shower and, yes, Si is here to respond to me crashing over if necessary . I managed to sit up to have my lunch so crossing everything this is a good sign - particularly as I have presents to wrap!
