    Hi and welcome to DWD.
    Hunni, that's a horrible situation to be in and to be expected to tell the team how you are feeling sounds really like you are being put in a difficult position! If you've been signed off work then it is because your Dr doesn't think you are well enough to work. Do you think that having some time out might help you to work through things and each option you have?
    Do a little of something that makes you happy every day!

    I don’t know how my colleagues are going to feel about it and I’m sitting here just full of anxiety about tomorrow’s meeting! I don’t know what am going to say or how to handle things other people say to me!

    I think it will help me to have the time off but I’ve been there 10 years and never really had an absence! So I’m pretty nervous about hanging in that sick note tomorrow!
