Hi , I just wanted to update , it has now been 3 weeks since I increased to 150mg . The anxiety seems to be easing apart from first thing in the morning, then as the day goes on it gets better , I am almost feeling like I can turn negative thoughts into more positive thoughts which is a start I suppose. I feel a bit like in a bubble and feel hopeful I will start to feel human again soon . Hope you are all well , and I really appreciate your support. Thank you-.gif ")")
