I’ve found the DWD forum very supportive and helpful and I hope you do too. Depression can be very lonely and contact with others who understand your feelings and problems can make a big difference. Don’t do anything that makes you feel uncomfortable but I’ve found the more you put in the more you get out. We’re here for you.
