No, we're not renewing our vows. I've developed reactions to certain metals and my ring finger became blistered. Platinum is the only metal used in jewellery that has a very high content of the metal (95% as opposed to 25% with gold). So, I'll just have to put up with being weighed down with platinum and diamonds . Si doesn't believe in renewing vows, he says he's already made those vows and they were for life so there's no need to renew them.
