this is tough love, which is not my usual stance, but my psychiatrist told me just before I was hospitalised that, if I did manage to commit suicide, she would be treating my children in 20 years time from the trauma of losing their mum. She made me realise that they needed me
And, everytime I've said that there is no way back, someone finds a way .....
