Energy? No, I never have energy but that's down to a combination of factors. It helps keeps me stable, but I'm on several psych meds so it was about getting the right combination for me.
The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.
