That's almost impossible to answer as everyone reacts differently. Some take 37.5 mg, I take 375mg which is the highest dose. You and your dr can only see how you react to the drug.
The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.
