Does anyone use aromatherapy as an alternative? Either as a complimentary therapy or just as a general mood enhancer? Any recommendations for oils to use at home?

I've heard lavender to help aid sleep...
Do a little of something that makes you happy every day!
I'm going to try a mix of lavender, chamomile and majoram to help me sleep. I'll let you know if it helps.

Ive googled Nd this seems a comprehensive list. BUT I'm not a qualified aromatherapist so cannot confirm whether these are correct. Personally I would suggest seeing if a local, independent, aromatherapist (if you could find one) to mix you up a bespoke product. Also, please bear in mind that some essential oils cannot be used for certain people, and may be contraindicated with any health conditions or medication you're taking.
The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.
I use aroma therapy as part of my mind exercises. I use different smells to help me drift off to sleep.
They look at me and think I'm cool, I'm purplefan at night I rule.

Seems interesting, never really thought of myself as an aromatherapy type though.
