    Friday Fab 5s: Friday 20 September 2024

Welcome to THE most important post of the week (in my very humble opinion ). It’s time for the FAB 5s and therefore time for me to ask you this *with bright sparkles and tulle*. Tulle? You say. That will become clear……

WHAT 5 (more or less)HAPPENINGS IN YOUR LIFE THIS WEEK HAVE GIVEN YOU THE FLUTTERY FEELING IN YOUR TUMMY, OR JUST A SHIVER DOWN YOUR SPINE.

Of course, they don’t have to be ‘played to 80,000 people at Wembley’ as ‘cheered myself up by singing loudly in the shower’ is just as important.

Please remember, strictly NO negatives. Positivity only on this post, please!

    Ok, let’s get started:

    - managed to work 2 shifts this week for the first time in too long
    - hubby found some pretty coloured crutches in our lock up that I’d completely forgotten about
    - was able to resurrect loads of documents at work I’d thought lost when my computer died a quiet death
    - got an answer from endocrinology which means I can have the scan I need
    - *tries to whisper and fails dismally* WE’RE WEDDING DRESS SHOPPING FOR ELDEST TODAY!!!!!!!

Ok, breathe and chill….. over to you
The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.

OMG Paula. We will be with you in spirit!
I've taken the bull by the horns and I'm delighted to say I'm going back to doing crafts in the national school!! Go me.
I've walked every single day this week. It's not quite a habit yet, but I am working on it.
My sewing is coming along nicely.
My sister is delighted with the christening gown.
