The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.
Movement and mindfulness are definitely powerful for mental health. I've found that combining a daily walk with some deep breathing really helps me stay grounded, especially when life gets busy. For me, even 10 minutes of stretching or yoga can turn my mood around.
Another thing that's helped is creating a routine that includes time for physical activity and reflection moments. It keeps my stress levels in check and gives me more mental clarity.

I agree that movement and mindfulness can work wonders. Going for evening walks is my go-to for clearing my head. On more challenging days, I’ll add some light yoga or focus on deep breathing. It’s surprising how much it helps. Creating small habits like that makes a big difference.
