    Friday Fab 5s: Friday 10 May 2024

Happy, happy Friday wot is drenched in sunshine outside my windows! And Friday means it’s time for the Fab 5s and I get to ask you the most important question of the week *clears throat*……

WHAT HAVE BEEN 5 (ish) WONDERFUL MOMENTS IN THE PAST WEEK?

They don’t have to be ‘claimed some wine hidden in small print’, ‘had a sneaky glass in the middle of the week’ can feel just as awesome.

Remember, strictly NO negatives as these WILL be removed.

Here’s mine to get you going:

    - after 10 days the line on the Covid test is the faintest of faint - nearly there!
    - binge watching Supernatural
    - getting started on my final assignment for the year
    - it’s sunny, and warm!
    - youngest is so excited to be moving out on Monday

Your turn (and the first one to make me go ‘ooooo’ gets the coveted title of DWDer of the day!)
The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.

~ Got my lily white legs on show now the suns out.
~ Tested out my tailgate tent. Looking forward to having a few days away over the summer and touring the country.

    Better late than never!

    - it was the yearly dinner in Manchester on Friday! Lee Martin, Frank Stapleton and Arthur Albiston were guest speakers. Cracking night as always
    - time spent with friends
    - I drove nearly all the way and coped with traffic on the M62 and a lorry driver trying to kill me!
    - therapy is going well
