    Hello, I'm Jena

    Hi everyone!
    I'm Jena. I'm thrilled to join this supportive community. While I may not personally experience depression, I am deeply committed to offering my experience and support to those who do.

    Many occasions, I've had the opportunity of speaking with individuals facing various mental health challenges, including depression and anxiety.

    I firmly believe that knowledge and understanding are powerful tools in the fight against depression. Whether it's offering practical advice, sharing evidence-based techniques, or simply lending a listening ear, I'm here to contribute to the collective effort of this community.

    Hi Jena, it’s lovely to meet you properly . Can I ask why you came to DWD? What you’re looking to get from our community?

    As I've already explained, I'm here to provide advice for those who need it and have experienced anxiety and depression.

    My question was also what you are looking to get from DWD, not what you offer.

    Can I also ask, do you have experience supporting someone with MH issues?
