    Friday Fab 5: Friday 19 January 2024

Allegedly, Joe Wicks (the fitness guru) said “I'm just trying to use my happiness and motivation to rub off on other people around me.” I’m a bit blurry this morning so COME ON let’s see your happiness and motivation so I can have it rub off on me!

So, time for that age old question …….

WHAT 5 (more or less) EVENTS/MOMENTS/PEOPLE HAVE MADE YOU GRIN FROM EAR TO EAR OR LAUGH TILL YOUR TUMMY HURTS?

They don’t have to be ‘beat the 100m world record’, ‘built a 7 foot snowman’ is just as awesome

And, remember, absolutely NO negatives as these will be banished to the office shredder

Mine to get us all going:

    - positive catch up with my tutor
    - coped with studying a really difficult topic
    - I’m going to a wedding fair with my eldest on Sunday (nope, not excited, at all….)
    - deciding to take a pacing day today
    - saw my best friend for lunch to celebrate my birthday

Ok, it’s your turn and I expect good things! Paula
The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.
