Friday Fab 5: Friday 15 December

Once again, we’ve reached the end of the week (safely and happily, I hope!). It’s FRIDAY, the best day of the week! Which means that, as is tradition, I have the honour and the pleasure to ask you all one very important question. *with special mention to the little drummer boy “Pa rum pum pum pum”*

WHAT 5 EVENTS, MOMENTS OR SNATCHES OF TIME HAVE HAPPENED IN THE PAST WEEK THAT HAVE TURNED YOUR FROWN UPSIDE DOWN AND/OR LIGHTENED YOUR DAY?

It could be, ‘spent a night with the elves helping Santa get all the children’s toys ready for ‘that’ night’, but it could equally be, ‘watched your favourite Christmas film’’

Please remember, strictly NO negatives as these will be removed.

    Mine to start:

    - had an anxiety attack but got through it and didn’t run for the hills
    - Went to see Stranger Things The First Shadow in London
    - Christmas nails
    - Nearly caught up with my study
    - Oh, I’m sure there was something else. Hmmmmmm, oh yes…….. MY ELDEST DAUGHTER GOT ENGAGED!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Your turn, Paula
The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.

I'm a little late but I have a good excuse.

A lovely little surprise in the post this morning.
Christmas concert day in Aisling's old national school. So lovely to see the little ones dressed up as angels.
I took matters into my own hands and made a difficult phone call.
    Knitting little Christmas decorations.
Only one more week of early mornings.
