It’s FRIDAY! And the year is just whizzing by! Good news though, it’s only 38 DAYS TO CHRISTMAS *sorry, not sorry*.

So…….. it’s time for me to ask the most important question you’ll have heard this week……. *cue streamers and confetti (purple colours obviously)*:

WHAT 5 THINGS (more or less) HAVE FILLED YOUR HEART WITH JOY THIS WEEK?

You don’t have to have completed an Ironman competition, enjoying ‘Ironman’ with Robert Downey Jr is just as awesome!

And pleeease remember, NO NEGATIVES as they will be removed.

- I’ve managed to get ahead with my study
- started writing my second assignment
- spent a lot of time doing my cross stitch
- hubby’s been away (in Dubai) and I’ve survived
- HE COMES HOME TODAY

~ Survived a difficult week without turning to destructive behaviours.
~ Lots of puppy cuddles with Talia.
~ Did a “big shop” for the first time in over a year.
~ Watching Season 2 of Loki.
~ Sticking my headphones on and losing myself in music and podcasts.

A few good ones this week.

• Tuesday lunch at the church fish 'n' chips no less.
• Went for lunch with Kathleen and George at The Glasshouse, Worsley College where students cook the meals as they train to be chefs and work in hospitality.
• Friday coffee morning at the park.
• Classical Music.
• Video games.
