I love music, it’s no secret and I know when times are tough sticking my earbuds in and hitting play helps to lift me up. Each week I’m going to pick a handful of songs from a specific genre, era or some other theme that you can maybe use to help tune out the negatives and lose yourself in the music.


I’m going to start things off with 90s R&B and Hiphop. Picture the scene….
