I've taken things very easy today because I still have a bit of a driving hangover from Saturday. Thank goodness it suited Aisling too, because she is still tired from her Harry Styles concert on Saturday. They didn't get home until 5am.

Self care today was going in the car with A to collect my prescription. It was important for me to get out of the house as I was getting a bit of cabin fever
