I haven’t done this for a while so, how are you all doing? Are you taking care of yourselves? Having you been doing anything fun?

Not great. Car blew up last week, got loads of med appointments, managed to upset another friend a couple of days ago and feel crap. Just wanna crawl into a deep dark hole and bury myself.

I’m not great but well enough to be discharged from hospital which is good.
