Better. I’ve been told to do one day on, one day off and it seems to be less triggering that way
The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.
I've had a walk to the village shop this morning, but I think I need to restart my physio exercises too, so that is my aim.

I'm hoping to take H+F out, with Marc's help. We're thinking of taking a tootle out to get chips from a street popup, pop across to have a look at ideas for a new sofa so we have space for me to order my new chair but that we can still get space for everyone else to sit...
