I know it might seem really simplistic, but it feeds the fake it till you make it theory, and there have been so many cases where that has really helped...

The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.
I know, but I've tried focussing on the world I have changed for others - even to the basics of Crash and Willow - neither of them would be here without us giving them a safe and loving home. My kids, basic biology without me they wouldn't be alive, but actually they've turned out to be grounded, empathetic, non-judgemental and kind - I'd like to think I helped with those qualities.
Then there's Marc and then there's this place which changed my life completely and I love what we do here...
