Surely anyone who takes antidepressants knows not to just stop them and to gradually cut down?
BBC Link apparently NICE needed to research this, and publish it and announce it as news on BBC news... Sometimes I do wonder what would happen if they actually worked on sharing awareness of MH, or helped look into things that help... Or maybe I'm just cynical today.

The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.
I thought it was common knowledge.
So glad it wasn't just me. I'm wondering how many £s were spent on the "think tank" to work it out and then publish it......
