I've not done well so far as I didn't smile at the Postman who dropped a big parcel at my door and was back driving off in his van before I got to the door...
I'm waiting for my shopping delivery so I shall smile at them and I have counselling - I shall start by smiling at her.
I've also smiled at Marc for making me a blackcurrant and elderflower tea before he's headed off to take Fern to school, hanging around for an hour, popping into Sainsburys to pick up my argos order and get Fern the filled pasta they prefer...
