    Wandering mind

    Does anyone else find the nights that hardest sometimes because your mind wanders where you don't want it to. I have one particular incident in my head right now. I just want to sleep 😴

    I hope you did get some sleep. I find mindfulness, meditation and body scans to help calm my mind, then read or watch a tv series if I still can't sleep...

    I probably go an hour or two. I'll have to find some way of trying to ease my mind way before I go to bed, as I'm not the best sleeper anyway. I've been looking into a meditation app

    Wandering minds can be problematic when trying to sleep I find the radio helps as the music provides a focus.

    Have you tried apps like Headspace?
    Do a little of something that makes you happy every day!

    Yep, often. When my mood is lowest it happens more frequently and the content is more negative.
