Question What’s your (self care) ‘thing’ today?

We often talk about self care on the forum, but I’ve noticed we haven’t been particularly proactive about discussing what we’re going to do to look after ourselves. So, I wondered if it’d be good to start a discussion where we each come up with one self care ‘thing’ that we’ll try to do each day.

    So mine for today:

I won’t obsessively check the forum after 11pm tonight

What’s yours (please don’t leave me hanging)?

For me personally today was helping a mate out with her dogs. It’s something I’ve committed to for a week and I know that doesn’t sound like self care to most, but I love dogs and having time with non-humans is huge for me. I get to help someone else while helping myself too.

Today I ordered myself a second pair of glasses - the extra cost was worth paying to have a different look to choose from
