As hard as it might be for you, the whole idea is to talk about your problem, it will play a huge part in your healing process. Also you are so lucky to get the chance to talk to experts in this field. They will be supportive and sensitive to your needs. Don't worry about it, just embrace it...it's called 'caring about you and your future'. Good luck.
You shouldn't have to go to session 1 and tell everything. A lot of work should be done on stabilization before you get to all of that....
