    Apps to manage mood swings?

I am a techie, so I always try to solve my problems with some kind of tool, if available.
But in this case, I haven't found a good tool yet.

I create a list of my successes, achievements, and pictures that cheer me up, for example in Google Keep, Sheets or notion, and look at them when I feel bad.
This helps me a lot, but using these tools is cumbersome and not optimized.
How does it look for you?

Hi mick and welcome . It’s great to meet you! When you get a sec, we’d love to hear more about you in our Introductions section. As for apps, as a lifelong sufferer, I generally can tell when things aren’t going well with my MH, but I know they’re useful for a lot of people
The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.

The founder of this forum pointed me in the direction of Finch. It’s probably aimed toward teenager and young adults but it’s a helpful tool. It gives rewards for scheduling and achieving tasks, an option to describe how you feel and various other things. I’ve used it for a while (I’m also in my 40s so not just for kids) and find it really helps.
