Ais met up with a friend in the park today. They had a picnic. I tried to do a bit of cleaning today, but I feel terrible. I feel like I'm going to pass out, and my back and knees are very sore. If I feel this way in the morning, I'm going to try to get a doctor's appointment.
Oh no! Are you up to date with your meds properly? No brand changes etc? What about eating and drinking properly?

I'm feeling a little better today. I don't feel like I'm going to pass out every time I stand up. Now, I wouldn't be able to swim the English channel yet, but at least I'm feeling a bit more human again.
