    I would still touch base with your GP cos the road to recovery is rarely a straight one and any help or advice to help along the way is will only be a good thing.

    It's good that you've got people around you to talk to. That's fab. The climbing sounds fun too!

    It certainly is, I'd recommend it to anyone :D
    It helped me to reunite with an older friend who introduced me to it and get to know lots of new people at my home climbing gym, like for example said female friend. It's a very social sport and it sure helps to keep me going.

    Sport and exercise is a great way to improve and help your mental health. I swim regularly and love just plunging my head into the water and drowning out the rubbish in my head.
