Do you use a planner/bullet journal?

I've been depressed for years! Like 7-8 years and only two years ago I started taking care of myself. And creating a wellness plan has really helped me.

I remember when I took the first step to recovery. I was sitting at my office during lunch and going through instagram watching people eat healthy. And I thought to myself, ‘if they can do it, so can I!’

I've written a blog with steps you can follow to create a wellness plan that actually works.

Let me know if you use a wellness plan and how does it help you?

Hi and welcome. I have removed your link - it’s nothing to worry about, we just like to get to know our new members a little more before we allow external links.

Well done for taking the initiative with your health. We’d love to get to know you a bit better
The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.
