    I know! He did ask if my husband would help but nope, Si hates massage - giving and receiving

    It’s a stair lift kind of day. Massaging last night was not fun. But the first few days after treatment are always sore - it’ll pass. I did layin this morning though

    It’s eased the last couple of hours. I’ve been researching (at the Osteopath’s suggestion) stretches that might help ongoing - though they all say the same, that it’ll only be fixed if the way you’re walking is fixed. And that’s not going to happen. But at least I know what I need to do. I even bought exercise bands

    Tomorrow (I’m sooooo excited) I’m getting my hair coloured
