Yesterday was wonderful. A bit tiring but very, very enjoyable. The beach that we were going to go to, had very little parking, and that was full, so we went on another little bit, and found an almost deserted beach. It was really nice. The sand was made up of tiny shells, and the water was soft and not very cold.
We got home at around 6, and I went to bed early.

Fab! Did your not so little girl enjoy her birthday?

    Are you resting today?

Her birthday is today. We've been to the amusement arcade, had lunch and now the girls are in the water because we're at the beach.

I paddled. I don't think the world is ready to see me in my swimsuit.

The rain arrived and sent us home. We got home about 7 and I'm very tired. I think it's a rest day tomorrow, although I was hoping to do the beds. I'll see how I feel in the morning.

Sounds lovely Magie. Glad Ais has had a lovely time. Nothing wrong with a rest day, or maybe Ais could strip the beds for you and ease the heavier jobs for you..... but another day on the beds wont hurt anyone
