Hi,
I would like to share a simple idea to deal with depression and stress
When ever i get stressed or depressed i use to practice solititude.
I will sit idle for minimum 15 minutes
I will not use my mobile and will move away from distractions
When thoughts come i use to keep it away and try not to think about anyone.
After 15 mins my mind will be free and will be relaxed. When ever i get time i used to practice this for longer periods
