I've been a good girl and booked my eye test. Not a fan as I hate choosing new glasses but I had the reminder last month and it's not worth risking missing any damage my meds may be doing. Plus, once I move in with J I have to pay for it so I may as well get it out of the way while I still get income support.

Well done love. I know you hate it, but you're right - it's so important.

The fatigue is pretty much always there, it's just been more noticeable since the flare. My rheumy said that methotrexate can contribute to that and I may find that a lower dose will help

Both my IIH and high BP were picked up through my routine eye test - it is important, love, so well done for booking it
The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.

But then you run the risk of the Metho not being a strong enough dose to work on the RA.... I hate having to dodge those type of tightrope decisions....

How are you today? When are you going back to J + yours?

Apparently my bloods are showing it's under control. If I start flaring more I can always ring the rheumatology helpline and one of the nurses will get back to me.

Back there Thursday. We're taking another load of my stuff over too. The plan is I don't go back after Easter, though of.course, when I mentioned it to my mum she claims I hadn't told her, even though I have definitely mentioned it!
