Please be careful everyone. Drink lots and lots of water. Stay in the shade between 11 and 4. Wear loose fitting long sleeved tees and if going out wear a hat.

Driving lesson cancelled, poor Bob had a 3 hour motorway session today... 2 15 minute breaks, 2 litres of water later and the poor sod was shattered! And that's a good few degrees then it's expected to be tomorrow!

How are you coping with the heat today? Our temps have definitely come down a bit, but it's very warm still. We also have a lot of clouds today.
We're currently at 37 degrees. Walking outside feels like when you open the oven door while you're cooking!
