    Happy 1st November!! Can't believe it's Friday again already!

    So.... What 5 (or more or fewer) things have made you smile or been positive for you this week? Remember, these can be anything from getting up each day to deep sea diving! Anything, as long as it's made you smile or been positive FOR YOU!

    No negativity as always on this thread please.

    - Jess having an absolutely wonderful time with my parents at Fortnum and Masons for afternoon tea (belated birthday present) - and bringing home a doggie bag
    - yoga. I love it!
    - meeting up with my friend (whos a teacher so isnt around much) and chatting the whole afternoon away
    - ordering my new front door
    - pampering day yesterday, manicure and having my hair done

    - New meds regime.....hated my last meds so delighted to be off them
    - swimming regularly now. It's become part of my life and self care and I'm enjoying it
    - crochet hook helps keep me sane and distracted
    - allowing myself time to come to terms with things
    - awesome make-up session with my daughter.... she asked me to do her formal make-up..... I'm a bit chuffed.

    • Couple of lunches out.
    • Playing Dragon Quest Builders 2.
    • Lunch club with a huge, nay a titanic slice of superlicious syrup sponge and an ample sufficiency of the golden nectar.
    • The daily videos and video challenge you guys have certainly entered in to the spirit of it.

    - made a good start on my essay
    - arranged when to hand the hard copy in and think I'm going to turn it into a few hours in the library studying
    - a lovely couple of hours with James
    - standing up for myself
    - making plans for my birthday
