Yay! For Friday
- I’ve been home for a week and, although emotionally it’s been a rollercoaster, I’m doing tons better than I expected!
- spending yesterday with mum
- Jess has enjoyed her first week at work
- meeting Katie’s new boyfriend (he’s lovely)
- keeping up with my exercises and mindfulness
- booking my first yoga session
- enrolling on a correspondence course

- loving my course, did my first counselling practice this week and did really well

Well I’m off to Amalfi tomorrow so a fair bit of anxiety but worth it
Second week of my Horticulture level 2 harder than I thought
I’m learning more music and I have made a decision about the 3rd November I feel better about that.
Planning holidays for next year
Want to reduce some of my medication so I will see my new GP about that
