So it's that time of the week again!
What 5 (or more or less) things have been positive for you this week? It doesn't have to be huge, like rescuing haggis on a unicorn, it can be as small as drinking enough or showering even when you feel rubbish.
Remember, no negativity or they will be removed.
Mine are;
- a lovely evening with my future in laws
- time spent with J
- dealing with an issue with my course straight away rather than leaving it and worrying about it
- recognising that maybe my view of myself is so different to others as it could be wrong
