    Cool Fab 5's: Friday 19th July 2019

It's Friday! Hooray! The sun has got his hat on, and we're almost at the weekend!

So in time honoured tradition I ask the all important question:

What 5 (or more or fewer) things have been positive for you or made you smile this week?

Remember, no negativity and anything that has been positive for you counts!

    Mine, to get you started:

~ Spending time with someone I didn't expect to and enjoying the socialness!
~ Seeing H loving her work experience
    ~ Spending some time 1:1 with F
~ B for being awesome and just helping without even being asked to
~ Vegan "sausage rolls" and "cornish pasties" in Morrisons!

    Your turn
Please always remember that I am always right. I have a framed certificate to prove it.

When in doubt, stop and think... WWSS? (What Would Suzi Say?)

Its been a tough week so this is important today:

    - halls and stairs decorated
    - Jess having a great time in Paris
    - lovely lunch with my bf
    - ordered my new car
    - survived really tough assessment for pain management programme and got accepted onto the programme
The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.

I'm getting used to this recovering'thing', and getting there.
Taking up offers of help from neighbours and friends.
Just spending time with Ais and hearing her look forward to starting secondary school.
The help and support and love from everyone here.

    • Catchup with sis and her hubby they've left Croatia and have just arrived in Italy near the boot of Italy and are heading towards Sicily.
    • Custard Club fun as always.
    • Bridge taxing to my two brain cells, but fun.
    • Reliving the race to the Moon via various programs on BBC4, ah I remember it well, is it really 50 years since that happened.
    • I succumbed to temptation and bought some Carte d'Or chocolate ice cream today, slurp, slurp, slurp.
    • Daily video challenge with Suzi.

    Yay for vegan Cornish pasties.

@Paula: Stairs and halls decorated that's a biggie now you can chill.
