    gratitude thread

Hello all, I have been thinking about this at times. And read a little about it. This is one of the things I have read https://greatergood.berkeley.edu/art...and_your_brain
So I was thinking of making a thread about it. Where we can post what we are grateful for. It can be a small thing or big thing.

So then I could go first

Grateful to be here on this forum. Where people don't judge me for me being depressed or in a "mood". But people that talk to me and others with kindness in there hearts.

What a lovely thread and I’m grateful, Mira, that you’ve started this thread.

I’m also grateful that we’ve got Jess’s 18th birthday presents sorted
The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.
