Today I made plans to go shopping with mum in the city. We are leaving soon and after that going to have tea with my friend and his family. So I will be gone all day. Seems good for me. As not be in my house all the time alone.

It was a good day for the most part. We die soms shopping and only just returned from my friend. Apart from some dark thoughts it was a lovely day.
