I’m just wondering, Mira, if whether you think you’re eating too much but you’re actually eating a normal amount.

Oh, i know it was to much. When i eat my normal portion then I get hungry. So I ate 3 different bags of cookies. And 2 ben and jerry tubs. Thats to much though.
I did do a lot of research online and there is this podcast everybody suggests and I went there and she wrote two books. So I ordered one.

Its written by Kathryn Hansen. I think she was Bulimic herself and has a different approach to dealing with this. Might be a good read.
